ET-Marine will conduct their services, works to the highest quality standards and for the long term benefit of its client, acting always prudent, professional and cost conscious in the interest of it’s client and at same time be guided by relevant rules and regulations of government or nongovernmental organisation and applicable national and international quality , safety and environmental standards . ET-Marine ensures its clients absolute discretion and will always be in contact with their client to safeguard compatibility with client’s goal and aims versus the contracted activities / services of ET-Marine. ET-Marine will consult and or engage whenever necessary for any reason carefully selected tested experts, manpower or providers of services deemed necessary to conduct and execute the assigned task professionally. The client will agree on any such outsourced activities by ET-Marine. Execution of all activities will be monitored , supervised and reported by ET-Marine using suitable personal , means and tools as deemed adequate and practical. ET-Marine endeavours due diligence in all respects concerning orders / assignments received by its client. Orders, assignments will be executed to the satisfaction of its client and within the time frame and budget mutually agreed, extra and unscheduled works excluded. ET-Marine however cannot be held responsible for whatsoever or any shortcomings , losses, damages , accidents, information given, whether or not caused by ET-Marine’s activities due to alleged or actual errors of ET-Marine or third parties contracted by ET-Marine.
